Chief Executive Officer

Dynamic business executive with over 10 years of leadership experience in construction, investment, and business management. As Managing Director of a reputed civil construction company, he has successfully led the execution of large scale government and private sector projects across Sri Lanka, delivering complex developments with strategic planning and operational excellence.
His executive experience also includes serving as an Executive Director of an investment and asset management company, where he contributed to investment strategy, corporate growth, and value creation. With extensive expertise in project feasibility, financial modeling, ROI analysis, budgeting, critical path planning, and operational management, he has successfully led businesses from concept development and construction through to full-scale commercial operations.
As Chief Executive Officer of Stelph Strategy Limited, he is responsible for driving the company’s strategic vision, identifying investment opportunities, leading business transformation initiatives, and delivering sustainable long-term growth through disciplined execution and innovative leadership.

Sagara Bandara

Director – Legal & Corporate affairs

Distinguished Attorney-at-Law with over 12 years of experience in corporate law, legal advisory, and regulatory compliance. He possesses more than 10 years of senior manager legal experience in management within the Government sector, providing strategic legal counsel, corporate governance oversight, and policy guidance across complex public sector initiatives.
He previously served as a Project Director attached to the Office of the President of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka, contributing to the successful management and implementation of strategic national projects. His extensive experience in legal consultancy and corporate affairs enables him to effectively manage legal risk, ensure regulatory compliance, and support the Company’s long-term strategic objectives.
Bringing valuable expertise in the hospitality industry, he is a former Board Director of Waters Edge Hotel and holds bachelor’s degree qualifications in Hospitality Management. His combined legal, governance, and hospitality experience plays a pivotal role in the planning, development, and execution of Stelph Strategy Limited’s hospitality and real estate projects, ensuring they are delivered with sound legal foundations, operational excellence, and sustainable commercial value.

The Gini Petti Palama (Aqueduct) in Polonnaruwa is one of Sri Lanka’s notable irrigation infrastructure assets, serving as a vital component of the country’s water management network. Our former engineering company had the privilege of contributing to this nationally significant project by successfully carrying out its structural reinforcement works under the supervision of the Department of Irrigation, Sri Lanka.

The project demanded a high level of engineering precision, strict adherence to quality standards, and careful execution to preserve the structural integrity of the aqueduct while enhancing its long-term durability. Through meticulous planning, technical expertise, and effective project management, the reinforcement works were completed successfully, meeting the expectations of the client and ensuring the continued reliability of this important public infrastructure.

This project reflects our engineering heritage and demonstrates our capability to execute complex civil engineering assignments for government institutions with professionalism, technical excellence, and unwavering commitment to quality.

The Barista Unawatuna Franchise Outlet stands as a testament to disciplined project execution, strategic planning, and effective capital management.
